What is CG Score Tracker?

CG Score Tracker is a simple and intuitive score tracking application designed for card games and competitive activities. It helps you keep track of player scores across multiple rounds, visualize progress with interactive graphs, and determine winners automatically.

Is CG Score Tracker free?

Yes, CG Score Tracker is completely free to download and use with no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

What devices are supported?

CG Score Tracker is available for iPhone and iPad devices running iOS 13.0 or later.

Getting Started

How do I add players?

  1. Open the "Scoring" tab
  2. Type a player's name in the text field at the top
  3. Tap the "Add" button
  4. Repeat for additional players

How do I remove a player?

Tap the "×" button next to the player's name in the scoring list.

Can I add players mid-game?

Yes! You can add new players at any time. If you add a player after rounds have already been played, their previous rounds will automatically show as 0 points.

Scoring

How do I enter scores for a round?

  1. Go to the "Scoring" tab
  2. Tap on the score box next to each player's name
  3. Use the calculator to enter their score for this round
  4. Tap "Enter" to save
  5. Repeat for all players
  6. Tap "Submit Round" when all scores are entered

Can I use math in the calculator?

Yes! The calculator supports addition (+), subtraction (-), multiplication (*), and division (/). For example, you can type "15 + 10 + 5" and it will automatically calculate 30.

How do I edit a previous round's scores?

  1. Go to the "Edit History" tab
  2. Tap on the round you want to edit
  3. Update the scores using the calculator
  4. Tap "Save"

What happens when someone reaches 200 points?

When any player reaches or exceeds 200 points after submitting a round, a winner animation will appear showing who won with the highest score.

Features

What does the "Race to 200" graph show?

The graph displays each player's cumulative score progression across all rounds. Each player has a colored line, and you can see how close everyone is to the winning score of 200.

How do I view player statistics?

In the "Race to 200" tab, tap on any player's name in the list below the graph. You'll see their average score per round, highest and lowest single-round scores, and total rounds played.

What does "Reset Game" do?

The Reset button (in the Scoring tab) clears all scores and round history for all players, allowing you to start a completely new game. Players remain in the game unless you manually remove them.

Troubleshooting

My scores aren't showing up on the graph

Make sure you've tapped "Submit Round" after entering scores. Scores must be submitted to be recorded.

Can I undo a mistake?

You can edit previous rounds using the "Edit History" tab. Select the round and modify the scores as needed.

What happens to my data if I close the app?

All game data is saved locally on your device and will be available when you reopen the app.

Does this app require an internet connection?

No! CG Score Tracker works completely offline. All data is stored locally on your device.
